Tierly privacy policy

What we store

When you install Tierly, we store:

• your shop domain;
• the offers you create (titles, the products they apply to, and their tiers);
• the access token and session details Shopify gives us so the app can work with your store.

We do not store personal data about your customers. Discounts are calculated by Shopify at checkout using your offer settings; order and customer details never reach our servers.

How we use it

Only to run the app: show your offers on product pages and apply their discounts.

Deletion

When you uninstall, Shopify notifies us, and we delete all data for your shop 48 hours after you uninstall, when Shopify sends its shop data deletion request.
